Do you have an interesting story to tell about your experiences of working in the NHS or barriers you might have faced as a result of your ethnicity, sexual orientation, being disabled, or working in a role not traditionally associated with your gender? NHS North West is looking for staff to feature in written case studies as part of a new project to promote the diversity of the NHS workforce. We are looking for people who are from a Black or minority ethnic background; are disabled; identify as lesbian, gay or bisexual; trans; or are working in a role traditionally identified with another gender (eg male nurse). The case studies will be used in career information packs for schools, colleges and universities, as well as materials aimed at older age groups who might be considering a return to work after parental or other career breaks. Your details will only be used by NHS North West and no information will be released to any other individuals or organisations without your express permission.
